Obituary of Helen Day Campbell

Mrs. Helen Campbell, age 91, of Ozark, died Friday afternoon, June 13, 2008, in Dale Medical Center. Funeral services will be 11:00 A. M. Tuesday, June 17, 2008, from Bridlewood Chapel with Reverend Dwayne Nicholson officiating. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memory Gardens, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. Her body will be placed in the Church one hour prior to service time on Tuesday. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4:00 P. M. until 6:00 P. M. Monday. Mrs. Campbell was born March 17, 1917 in Bogalusa, Louisiana, and lived in various locations prior to her marriage and afterwards while her late husband served in the Marine Corps Reserve. They made their home in Ozark in 1973, where she was a member of Bridlewood Chapel. Mrs. Campbell was retired from Civil Service as a Legal Secretary and volunteered her time and talents with several organizations. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Campbell, her brother, Edward Roberts, and her sister, Leslie Mae Sandifer. Survivors include one daughter, Barbara Campbell of Lakewood, Colorado; one son, Cliff Campbell of Ozark. Service Information
