I am deeply saddened at Lou's passing. I visited with Lou two weeks ago at the Ft Rucker Museum. Lou was a fellow member of the Vietnam Helicopter Pilots Association (VHPA) and VHPA of Florida. Safe and Peaceful Flight, old Friend!
