To the Family of Mrs. Bearden: During this season your neighbors are especially aware of the loss that you are enduring because family means so much. Please accept the kind encouraging words of family and friends as well as the scriptural references offered by compassionate neighbors: Job 14:14,15 as well as John 5:28,29.

Maxine was one if the most precious ladies I have ever met. This space is not large enough to record all the times her sweet spirit and deep love for Jesus touched my life. She helped to make me the woman I am today, and I will be forever grateful for getting to know her and see her serve God and others. My prayers are with her family family in their loss.

We are sorry for your loss. She was a wonderful Christian. My father Fred and I built her's and Quincey's current house. Both Maxine and Quincey were fantastic persons.

Miss Maxine shared God’s Light with her Love for all. We appreciated her kindness to Uncle Clyde Tullos and Aunt Mary Frances and Sydney. Miss Maxine always made us feel welcomed and a part of the OBC family when we visited from Colorado. Love and Prayers to Miss Maxine’s family from ours, Frances Tullos Anderson

When we think of Ms. Maxine we immediately think "servant". She served her Lord and her church well. She blessed us personally in many ways. We cherish those long ago memories. We are praying for the entire family during this very difficult time.

I loved Ms Maxine and will miss her. She always remembered I loved lemon pie no matter how long it had been since the last time I saw her. She was an amazing woman and will be greatly missed. I will continue to keep your family in my thoughts and prayers.

What a gracious lady Maxine was, I will always remember her support and those wonderful rolls she always made. She has taken her place in Heaven with her Quincy. May you receive comfort through our faith in Jesus Christ as Maxine did.
