To the Wilkins� family, please accept my heartfelt sympathy. I�m sure we all have our special stories of how much he meant to each of us, for me it was mentorship. Bobby never missed an opportunity to pass on words of encouragement or a shoulder to lean on. He was a staunch professional, a soldier, and friend. Bobby, you�ll be truly missed.
