Obituary of Annie Florence Andrews Everett

Mrs. Annie Florence Andrews Everett, age 99, of Ozark died Sunday night, June 26, 2005, in Ozark Health and Rehabilitation. Funeral services will be 11:00 A. M. Wednesday, June 29, 2005, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home in Ozark with Reverend Jim Hill officiating. Interment will follow in Westview Memorial Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. Her grandsons will serve as casketbearers. The family will receive friends at Holman Funeral Home in Ozark from 6:00 P. M. until 8:00 P. M. Tuesday evening, June 28, 2005. Mrs. Everett was born in Dale County October 18, 1905 to the late Etta Sullivant Andrews and Ben Andrews. She was a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church and traveled with the Golden Age Singers. Mrs. Everett enjoyed gardening, needlework, and loved her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 64 years, Sollie Everett, her daughter, Annie Martha Tharpe, five sisters, and three brothers. Survivors include her son Edward J. Everett and his wife, Dixie, Ozark, five grandchildren, Kitty Cathcart and her husband, Gary, Edward J. Everett, Jr. and his wife, Diana, Richard J. Everett and his wife Evelyn, Steven J. Everett and his wife, Paige, and Kay Ausbon and her husband, Bo, and a special friend, Ermma Pittman, Ozark. Twelve great grandchildren, twelve great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Service Information
