Mrs. Thompson was a native and life-long resident of the Elamville Community, where she was a member of Elam Baptist Church since the age of 10. Mrs. Thompson worked with Van Heusen in Ozark and Dowling Textiles in Clio for over 30 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Albert Thompson, Sr. in 1988, and one grandson, Bill Robinette in 1995.
