Reverend Tadlock pioneered and built First Assembly of God Church in Greenville, Alabama, built Sunday School building and Fellowship Hall at the First Assembly of God Church in Troy, started Fellowship Assembly of God Church in Enon, Alabama while pastoring at the First Assembly of God Church in Troy, Alabama, remodeled the old church and built a new church at the First Assembly of God Church in Ozark, added building extension with nice offices, new baptistry, and remodeled the auditorium at Central Assembly of God Church in Columbus, Georgia, built Sunday School building and Fellowship Hall at Westgate Assembly of God Church in Enterprise, Alabama, and pastored Moore's Chapel Assembly of God Church in Newton, Alabama.He served on the Sectional Committee for thirty-three years, served as Sectional Youth Representative for seven years, and served as Section Christian Education Representative for twenty years.
