Mr. Glen Marley Deloney, 71, of the Echo Community, died Sunday, April 17, 2016, at his home. Funeral services will be 10:00 A. M. Thursday, April 21, 2016, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home and Cremations in Ozark with Elder Clayton Nowell and Elder Larry Wheeler officiating. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memory Gardens, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home in Ozark Wednesday evening from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P. M. Mr. Deloney was born December 10, 1944 in Moulton, Alabama to the late Lovard Marley Deloney and Carolyn Jeanette Andrews Deloney Bagwell. He served in the United States Air Force. He owned and operated Deloney and Sons Logging Company for thirty-six years, retiring in 2008. Survivors include one daughter, Tracie Skinner of Newton; three sons and daughters-in-law, Marley and Renee Deloney, Andy and Shannon Deloney, Randy and Doddie Deloney all of Newton; the Mother of his children, Betty Deloney of Newton; one sister, Janet Deloney Logsdon of Ozark. Nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Ozark Primitive Baptist Church, 1831 Lonnie Watson Road, Newton, AL 36352.
