To the family of Mrs. Sport: My heart is so, so saddened by the passing of one of the dearest "Southern Lady" that I was so blessed to have found her as a friend. My mother in law is in the same nursing home as Mrs. Sport was and when we would go and visit my MIL, I always tried to make it a point to go and see my sweet friend. My last visit with her was on Sunday the 13th, and I knew then that my precious little angel on earth was getting ready to go home. I am so thankful for the pleasure of getting to know her over the past 2 years. I can still hear that sweet voice when I would tell her I would see her the next time and she would look at me and say, "Please do!" So as I end this, "Mrs. Sport, this isn't a goodbye, this is I'll see you later! I love you, sweet lady!" May God be with the family during this time and bring each one of you comfort....
