Mrs. Debra Kay Luke Vargo Carroll, age 52, of Ozark, died Saturday, July 19, 2014, in Southeast Alabama Medical Center.
A private memorial service for Mrs. Carroll will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Carroll was born September 28, 1961 in Tampa, Florida. She worked with The Children’s Policy Council and was a homemaker. Mrs. Carroll endured pain and discomfort to bring happiness to others. She was preceded in death by her father, Dorsey Clarkson Luke.
Survivors include her husband, Rodney G. Carroll of Ozark;
two daughters and one son-in-law, Trisa and Matthew Granberry, and Tracy Vargo; one grandson, Dont’e Vargo all of Midland City;
her mother, Norma Graves Luke of Ozark;
one sister, Terri Balian of Milledgeville, Georgia.
