Infant Hannah Moore died Thursday, October 20, 2011, in Flowers Hospital.
Funeral services will be 10:00 A. M. Tuesday, October 25, 2011, from Grace Baptist Church with Pastor Douglas Crosby officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing.
Hannah was the daughter of Kaleb and Meylin Moore of Ozark. In addition to her parents, she is survived by two sisters, Abigail and Kayla Moore;
grandparents, Berta Lopez, Michelle and Joe Cook, all of Ozark.
