Obituary of Gene Williams

Mr. Gene W. Williams, 56, a resident of Ozark, died Tuesday, November 19, 2019, at his home.

Funeral services will be held  graveside 3:00 P.M. Thursday, November 21, 2019, in Center Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Dr. Dennis Tew officiating, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends Thursday at the funeral home in Ozark from 2:00 P. M. until 2:45 P.M. 

Mr. Williams was born February 20, 1963 in Ozark, Alabama to the late Otice and Annie Glen Williams. He graduated from Carroll High School and worked with AABON Medical Supply in Ozark. Mr. Williams was a member of Old Grace Baptist Church in Ozark.  He loved music and enjoyed walking around the nature trail at Dale County Lake.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one infant sister, Jane Williams and one infant brother, Britt Williams.

Survivors include one sister and brother-in-law, Dale and Robert Earl Phillips of Ozark; one brother, Boyd Williams of Ozark; one niece, Windy Wigglesworth of Daleville; one nephew, Dewayne Williams of Ozark; and his special canine friend, Jack.
