Mr. John Douglas Dansby (United States Air Force, Retired), a resident of Ozark, died Tuesday, July 7, 2020. He was 76 years old.
A private memorial service will be held for Mr. Dansby at a later date.

Mr. Dansby was born January 1, 1944 in Brandenburg, Kentucky to the late Ulus O’Neal Dansby and Edna Irene Wilkinson Dansby. Mr. Dansby served in the United States Air Force until his retirement. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, John Douglas Dansby, Jr.; and one brother, Wayne Dansby.
Survivors include one son, Christopher Masson; three sisters, Annie Silavant, Brenda Munson, and Carolyn Trolinger; and one brother, Leon Dansby. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
