Miss Janet Ruth McWilliams, a resident of Ozark, died Tuesday morning, August 10, 2021. She was 60 years old.
Funeral services will be held for Miss McWilliams 10:00 A.M. Friday, August 13, 2021, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home and Cremations in Ozark with Reverend Charles Goldsmith officiating. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memory Gardens, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home in Ozark Friday from 9:00 A.M. until service time.
Miss McWilliams was born July 24, 1961 in Mobile, Alabama to the late Billy Miles McWilliams and Edna Ruth Davis McWilliams. She grew up in Ozark where she attended Vivian B. Adams School for several years. Janet loved dogs and loved to watch wrestling and NASCAR.
She is survived by three sisters, Becky Meadows of Ozark, Patty and Michael Shiver of Brundidge and Donna Beasley of Clopton. Several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Vivian B. Adams School, 2047 Stuart Tarter Road, Ozark, Alabama 36360.
