Obituary of Mildred Kathrine White

Mrs. Mildred Kathrine Bigers White, a resident of Ozark, died Monday, October 25, 2021, at her home with her family by her side. She was 80 years old. Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, October 29, 2021, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home and Cremations in Ozark with Father Chris Boutin officiating. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memory Gardens, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home in Ozark Thursday from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Mrs. White was born February 13, 1941 in Morganfield, Kentucky to the late George William Bigers and Mamie Ellen Jordan Bigers. She married Alfred Arthur White in 1961 and they lived in various places around the world while he served in the United States Army. She loved traveling with her husband. Mrs. White worked with Civil Service as a Logistics Clerk until her retirement. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Helen Marie Piper. Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Alfred Arthur White of Ozark; one son, Alfred A. White, Jr. of Missouri; three brothers, Bobby Bigers, Ronnie Bigers and Donald Bigers all of Kentucky. Five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild also survive.
