Lester was always “Teeter” and was an idol of this little boy who lived at #3 Chinquapin Village in Alexandria, Va. He was five years older than me…yet he took time to be my friend and was like an older brother. Very special memories for me. I last saw Teeter at his mother’s funeral. I was blessed by the Harlow family who asked me to conduct Lottie’s Memorial service. The Harlow family were very special to me during the Chinquapin days and always will be.
