I am sorry for your loss. I met Shirley at Dale County High, we often talked that is if you could get her away from reading! I have always considered her a friend. We would often bump into each other at the book store on Foster St. She was one of a kind person. Again my condolences.

I’m so very sorry to hear of Shirley’s passing. We have been neighbors for for over 40 years. She loved her cats and when she could walk well, would walk our neighborhood and visit once in a while. She watched out and let us know when things were happening.I’m so very sorry. May she Rest In Peace.

Our thoughts and prayers for Wendy and family. Shirley will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Fond memories were made over the year’s that will last a lifetime, starting in elementary school. Now being with her parents/ my parents the stories and laughs being shared. Rest In Peace my friend.
