Mr. John Roysce Howell, Jr., a resident of Ariton, died Friday, March 25, 2022,
as a result of injuries sustained in vehicle accident. He was 44 years old.
The family will receive friends Saturday, April 16, 2022, from 10:00 A. M. until 11:30 A.M. in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home and Cremations in Ozark.
Mr. Howell was born August 11, 1977 in Ozark, Alabama. He grew up in Junction City, Kansas and graduated from high school there. John returned to Ozark in 1995 where he was employed with Ozark Striping Company for the past ten years. He was an avid Alabama fan and enjoyed watching movies. John had an open and generous spirit. He was preceded in death by his father, John Roysce Howell, Sr.; and one brother, Christopher Howell.
He is survived by his wife, Samantha Rowe of Ariton; his mother, Enelle Howell of Ariton; two daughters, Abigail Howell of Ariton and MyKayla Rollins of Cowarts; one son, Trevor Rollins of Ariton; and one brother, Matthew Lee Howell of Jacksonville, Alabama.
