What a friend Robert was over the years. I remember his Father and Mother well and Robert when I saw him with his visits to Ozark when I was a young boy. His stories were great to listen to and re-tell over the years. He really was a man for all people because they became his friends. His stories and memories will live on in our minds and hearts. We know Robert is resting with our Heavenly Father our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.. We think God for this life of Robert Newton Davis.

So sorry to hear about Uncle Robert. He's my hero, almost made it to 100. He and Dad will now be able to talk about the old days in Dothan with the Bay Line and the Atlantic Coast Line railroads.

I worked with Bob at the railroad & he loved very hot spicy food. I do not know how he did it. I would bake him a Red Velvet Cake every Christmas. Praying for all his friends & family to find comfort in knowing he is in Heaven with no pain or sickness. He was a joy to know & work with. Like Paul his race was finished & he was ready to go. Jesus was his life!
