Carl was a great brother-in-law to me in my college years and I was welcomed into the family by all. It meant so much in my young life and I loved all the nieces. Barbara must be as strong as she was in my day, the 1970s; condolences dear one, you are special!

So sorry to hear of Carl passing. Met Carl and his wife while he was working at Sony. Carl was always smiling and was full of life. He would stop at the business I ran when he got off work on his way home. This developed into more than a customer relationship. He and his family became friends. Praying for his family during this time of sorrow.

My sister Beverly and I first knew Milton, Mary Helen, Carol, Carl, Claire and Mark Moses when they were our across-the-street neighbors on Matthews Avenue back in the late 1950s. That family meant so much to us as little girls. We send sincere sympathies to Barbara, Claire, Mark, and all of Carl’s loved ones at this sad time.

I was privileged to be Mr. Carl's caregiver earlier this year. I met him when he was still able to tell Barbara that he loved her, when he would look across the room at a portrait of his daughters and proudly say, "my girls", and when I saw that soft little smile he had for Barbara and for little Stella. I saw him perk up when he heard references to others he knew and loved.
As a fellow Christian, I rejoice knowing he has been fully restored to peace with all his precious memories intact, and he will be reunited with Barbara and loved ones again.
I pray for peace and comfort for Barbara, Christi, Karen and his loved ones.

Carl was always pleasant to be around and helping with his family. I can not get over the picture in his obituary looks just like his Father. May all his family receive your comfort through your faith. We thank God for the life of Carl Andrews.
