Mrs. Lillie Caraway Henry, a former resident of Ozark, died Wednesday, July 3, 2024. She was 86 years old.
Funeral services for Mrs. Henry will be 3:00 P. M. Saturday, July 6, 2024, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home in Ozark with Reverend Teresa Hutto officiating. Interment will follow in Ewell Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home in Ozark Saturday from 2:00 P. M. until service time.
Mrs. Henry was born January 30, 1938 in Ozark, Alabama to the late Lunie Russell Caraway and Lillie Mae Willis Caraway. She worked for many years as a sales clerk. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Rita Jean Tomlin Helms; and two brothers, Oneil Caraway and James Caraway.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Alisa Tomlin of Enterprise; grandchildren, Jamie Pylant (James) of Ozark, Ryan Helms of Ozark, Whitney Tomlin Adams (Dachelle "Da-Da" Chauncey) of Enterprise and Candace Tomlin of Enterprise. Seven great grandchildren also survive.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ewell Cemetery Fund, Alabama Hwy 27 North, Ozark, Alabama 36360.
