Obituary of Helen Schaff Williams

Mrs. Helen Maire Schaff Williams, a resident of Ozark, died Saturday morning, August 10, 2024 in Oakview Manor Nursing Facility. She was 63 years old. A memorial service for Mrs. Williams will be held 10:00 A.M. Saturday, August 17, 2024, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home in Ozark with Reverend Joey Hudspeth officiating, Holman Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Williams was born January 28, 1961 in Elberta, Alabama to the late George Schaff and Margaret Elberhardt Schaff. She attended Foley High School and Moved to Ozark in 1988. Helen worked with Ozark Nursing Home, Oakview Manor Nursing Facility and the Holiday Inn. She loved board games, animals and puzzle books. She enjoyed walking outdoors and being in the sun. Her favorite pastime was watching General Hospital. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Joey Schaff. Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Wesley Williams, Jr. of Ozark; three daughters, Amanda Mitchell of Amory, Mississippi, Christina Spivey (Richard) and Nicole Van-Noy (Aaron) all of Ozark; six grandchildren, Audrey Mitchell, Chase Mitchell and Spencer Mitchell all of Amory, Mississippi, Issac Van-Noy, Tripp Spivey and Emileigh Lassater all of Ozark; and one sister, Kathy Odom (Gary) of Summerdale, Alabama.
