Obituary of Christopher Wayne Harrell

Mr. Christopher Wayne Harrell, a resident of Ozark, died Sunday, September 15, 2024. He was 73 years old. A memorial service for Mr. Harrell will be held at a later date. Holman Funeral Home of Ozark has been entrusted with the arrangements. Mr. Harrell was born January 5, 1951 in Clarksville, Mississippi to the late Oliver Franklin Harrell and Mattie Gertrude Pierce Harrell. He lived in Westville, Florida during his early years. Following graduation from high school, he served in the United States Army for seven years. Mr. Harrell loved to collect stamps and was a talented artist. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Carrie Harrell. He is survived by two daughters, Cheryl Watson (James) of Enterprise and Stephanie Shirah of Dothan; four sisters, Faye Barnard, Marie Weeks (Ronald) and Brenda Crawford (John) all of Ozark and Betty Henderson (Phillip) of Andalusia; and one grandson, Caiden Watson.
