Obituary of Limon Allen Turner

Mr. Limon Allen Turner, 68, of Ozark, died Friday, June 24, 2016, in Flowers Hospital.
A memorial service for Mr. Turner will be held 9:00 A. M. Tuesday, June 28, 2016 from Chalkhead Baptist Church with Reverend Benjamin Johnson and Reverend Tommy West officiating, Holman Funeral Home and Cremations of Ozark directing.
Mr. Turner was born July 22, 1947 in Mount Olive, North Carolina. He served in the United States Army until his retirement in 1990. Following his retirement he worked with the fuel contractors at Fort Rucker. He was a Mason and an avid Atlanta Braves fan. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Riley Turner; his father, Limon William Turner; and one brother, William Landis Turner.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Carol Lyn Turner and James Paul Grider of Ozark; his mother, Carrie Lucille Hargrove Turner of Goldsboro, North Carolina; one grandson, James Devin Grider of Ozark; one sister and brother-in-law, Connie and Butch Woerner of Goldsboro, North Carolina; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Daryle Carl and Karen Turner of Goldsboro, North Carolina and Cary Edwin and Janet Turner of Mount Olive, North Carolina.
