Mrs. Ruggiero was born in Plainfield, New Jersey, moved to Miami, Florida in 1957, and to Ozark in 1982. She was a volunteer (Pink Lady) at Dale Medical Center, a member of Rocky Head Baptist Church, and of Rocky Head Quilters Club. She will be missed by family and friends.
