Mr. Jack William Sells, age 55, of Ozark, died Thursday evening, July 2, 2009, at his home.
A memorial service for Mr. Sells will be held 10:30 A. M. Wednesday, July 8, 2009, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home in Ozark with Reverend Charles Goldsmith officiating, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing.
Mr. Sells was born July 2, 1954 in Des Moines, Iowa to the late Harry William Sells and Margaret Louie Forman Sells. He was a veteran of the United States Army, and worked with Civil Service as a Supply Coordinator until his retirement.
Survivors include his wife, Crystal Brown Sells of Ozark;
two daughters, Sarah Sells of Ozark and Nicole Sells Pelley of Nebraska;
two sons, Richard Lee Sells of Ozark and Jacob Sells of Nebraska;
three sisters, Florence Hock, Linda Ferren, and Gloria Sells;
one brother, Harry Sells.
Six grandchildren, an adored cat named Pearl, many special family and friends including Tom Green, also survive.
