Mr. Robert Simmons, age 41, died Monday, April 14, 2009, at his home in Ozark. A memorial service for Mr. Simmons will be held at 3:00. P. M. Saturday, April 18, 2009, from Ridgecrest Baptist Church in Ozark with Reverend Jim Hill officiating; Military Honors will follow. The family will receive friends at the Church Saturday from 2:30 P.M. until service time. Holman Funeral Home of Ozark handling arrangements. Mr. Simmons was a veteran of the United States Army and worked with Army Fleet Support at Fort Rucker. Survivors include his Mother, Mrs. Hazel Simmons of Griffin, Georgia; his Father, Kent Simmons, Sr. of Griffin, Georgia; two brothers, Kent Simmons of Jonesboro, Georgia, and Nathan Simmons of Griffin, Georgia.
