Obituary of Eulalia Andrews Smith

Mrs. Eulalia Andrews Smith, of the Camp Ground Community of Ozark, died Monday evening, October 27, 2008, at her home. She was 101 years old. Funeral services will be 11:00 A. M. Friday, October 31, 2008, from Camp Ground Baptist Church with Reverend Al Sonanstine and Reverend Harry Circle officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. Mrs. Smith's body will be placed in the Church one hour prior to service time on Friday. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 P. M. until 7:00 P. M. Thursday evening. Mrs. Smith was born August 9, 1907 in Dale County to the late Henry L. and Mattie Benson Andrews. She was a life long resident of Dale County and a member of Camp Ground Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Ramsey Smith, her son, Ralph Smith, one sister, and two brothers. She is survived by two daughters, Elsie Smith of Ozark and Janet Sellers of Virginia Beach, Virginia; one sister, Elsie Cox of Montgomery; four grandchildren, Jerry Sellers, Patti Metzger, Elizabeth Bailey, and Ginger Hamm; five great grandchildren, Erin Metzger, Daniel and Wilson Bailey, Joshua and Andrew Hamm.
