Obituary of Larry Loyce Free

Mr. Larry Loyce Free, Sr., 72, of Ozark, died Thursday, October 29, 2015, in Southeast Alabama Medical Center. A memorial service for Mr. Free will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday, November 1, 2015, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home and Cremations in Ozark with Reverend John D. Reese, III officiating, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. Interment will be at a later date in Chalkhead Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Free was born October 24, 1943 in Ozark, Alabama to the late Loyce Malcolm Free and Ruby Jewell Davis Free. He worked as a carpenter for the majority of his adult life. Mr. Free enjoyed music and especially liked playing his guitar. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Janice Bagwell Free in September. Survivors include; one daughter and son-in-law, Karen and James Holcomb of Gainesville, Florida; one son and daughter-in-law, Larry L. Jr. and Kristine Tarter Free of Ozark; eight grandchildren, Jonathan, Christopher, Jennifer, Rachel, Jake, Emily, Jack-Riley, and Brody; one sister and brother-in-law, JoAnn and Durwood Judah of Ozark; one brother-in-law and sister-in-law, William S. and Merylon Bagwell of Newton. Six great grandchildren also survive. Service Information
