Mrs. Rosa Helms Stubbs, 90, of 3435 County Road 15, Ozark, died Wednesday evening, Februrary 9, 2005, at Ozark Health and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral service will be 11:00 A. M. Friday, February 11, 2005, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home of Ozark with Reverend Johnny Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in Peniel Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at Holman Funeral Home from 10:00 A. M. Friday until service time. Mrs. Stubbs was born November 5, 1914 in Barbour County. She was preceded in death by her husbands, James Mizell and James W. Stubbs. Survivors include her two step-daughters, Judy Reeves, Daleville, and Ann Deloney, Atlanta, Georgia, one step-grandson, Winston Deloney, Atlanta, Georgia, two sisters-in-law, Mary Helms, Blue Springs, and Ettie Helms, Montgomery. Several nieces, nephews, and very devoted caregivers also survive.
