Mr. Harold R. Hinton, 55, of Ozark, died Monday morning, August 24, 2015, in the Veterans Hospital in Montgomery, Alabama. Funeral services will be 10:30 A. M. Thursday, August 27, 2015, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home and Cremations in Ozark with Pastor Edward Douglas officiating. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memory Gardens, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home in Ozark Thursday morning from 9:00 A. M. until service time.
Mr. Hinton was born August 30, 1959 in Laurel, Mississippi, the son of Arthur Hinton and Dorothy Gandy Hinton. He served in the United States Army for nine years. He later worked with Pemco and U. S. Helicopter (Bell) for several years as a sheet metal mechanic.
Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Eun Sun Choe Hinton of Ozark; two sons Arthur Hinton of Pike Road, Alabama and Harold Hinton, Jr. of Dothan. Nine sisters and brothers, several nieces and nephews also survive.
