Obituary of Joyce Easterling McKee

Mrs. Joyce Ann Easterling McKee, age 65, of Ozark, died Saturday, September 5, 2009 in Southeast Alabama Medical Center.
Funeral services will be 10:00 A. M. Wednesday, September 9, 2009, from Edwin United Methodist Church with Reverend Kenneth Preston officiating. Interment will follow in Mount Olive Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. Mrs. McKee's body will be placed in the church one hour prior to service time on Wednesday. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 P. M. until 7:00 P. M. Tuesday evening.
Mrs. McKee was born October 10, 1943 in Dale County to the late Simmie O'Neal Easterling and Annie Bell Matthews Easterling. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Royce Burl McKee, Sr., and three brothers, Jimmy Easterling, O'Neal Easterling, and Willie Easterling.
Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Laurie and Danny Harden of Airton, Debora and Buster Volf of Edwin;
one son and daughter-in-law, Royce and Janet McKee of Midland City;
one sister, Shirley Easterling of Ozark;
five grandchildren, Tyler Harden, Cole Harden, Jessica Volf, Kristi Volf, and Amanda Martin;
one great grandchild; Haleigh Martin.
and one special niece, Jan Jones of Ozark.
