Mr. Bill was like a grandfather to me. I used to look forward to the winters when he would come back to Ozark from Yellowstone. When I was younger he was brave enough to teach me how to drive and even let me drive his car. He will be sorely missed and I can't wait to see him again one day! God Bless!
