Obituary of James Howard Doster

Mr. James Howard Doster, age 82, of Clio, died Friday, July 25, 2014, in Flowers Hospital.
Funeral services will be 4:00 P. M. Sunday, July 27, 2014, from Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church in Blue Springs with Reverend Danny Rieben officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends Sunday at the church from 3:00 P. M. until service time.
Mr. Doster was born August 19, 1931 in Clio, Alabama to the late Oscar Wallace Doster and Zonie Nance Doster. He was a member of Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church and had worked in the timber industry. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Etha B. Evans Doster; his son-in-law, John Jordan; several sisters and brothers.
Survivors include one daughter, Elaine Jordan of Gordon;
one son, Andy Doster of Ariton;
three grandchildren, Keith Doster, Keisha Doster, and Korey Doster all of Evansville, Indiana; three sisters and three brothers; numerous brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Glad Tidings Assembly of God Cemetery Fund, C/O Alicia Shiver, P. O. Box 154, Clio, Alabama 36017.
