Carol and family,
I am so sorry to hear of Mr, Payne's death. He was one of my favorite people in the whole world. During our time together at the Engineer's Office, he taught me many things, not only about engineering, but about life as well. He had the ability to see straight through all of the bs and go directly to the heart of the problem. I was very fortunate to have been able to call him my friend.
