Obituary of Edna Joyce Peacock

Mrs. Edna Joyce Keel Peacock, age 87, of Newton, passed away Saturday, April 7, 2012, following a short illness.
Funeral services will be graveside at 11:00 A. M. Wednesday, April 11, 2012, in Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church Cemetery with Reverend Harry Circle officiating. Interment will follow, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 9:30 A. M. until time to depart for the funeral service.
Mrs. Peacock was born in Salisbury, England on August 13, 1924. She met and married the late Leon Holly Peacock, of the Mt. Carmel Community, in Buford Wilts, England where he was serving with the United States Army.
Mrs. Peacock is survived by two daughters and one son-in-law, Shirley Peacock, Wendy and Rick McCleskey;
two granddaughters, Donna Eldridge, Stephanie Smith and her husband, Kevin;
two great grandchildren, Joseph Landen Smith and Jacob Tyler Smith.
