Obituary of James Thomas Lewis

Mr. James Thomas Lewis, age 23, of Ozark, died Monday, April 11, 2011. Funeral services will be 10:00 A. M. Friday, April 15, 2011, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home in Ozark with Pastor Rickey Turner and Reverend Stanley Key officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday evening from 5:00 P. M. until 7:00 P. M. Mr. Lewis was born January 30, 1988 in Houston County and resided in Ozark. He had worked with RDA Tree Service for the past five years. He was a loveable person who cherished his children, enjoyed outdoor sports and spending time with his family. He always greeted people with a smile and was loved by so many. He would do anything to help someone out. He was very close to his mother, and his brothers-in-law were very special to him. Words cannot describe how deeply he will be missed, his love goes on forever and he will never be forgotten. Survivors include two daughters, Natalie Magail Lewis and Myalie Alizabeth Lewis; one son, Kaleb Thomas Lewis; mother, Mary Alice Dillard of Ozark; father, Donald Lewis of Ozark; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Amanda and Bobby Senn and Brandy and Michael Edwards of Ariton, and Amy and Chris Quinn of Ozark; grandmother, Eloise Lewis of Ozark; great grandmother, Frankie Overstreet of Eufaula. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends also survive.
