time. Mrs. Ragan was born in Coffee County to Tura Thompson Gunter and Carl Grady Gunter. She was a life-long resident of Dale County where she was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. She worked with Phillip Van Heusen Corporation for nine years, Dale Medical Center, and Ozark Nursing Facility. She was a homemaker and loved sewing and working with her flowers. She enjoyed quilting and made quilts for each of her grandchildren.
