Mr. Williams was a native of Stroud, Oklahoma. He joined the Air Force when he was 18 years old and retired following 21 years of service. He then worked for 15 years with Civil Service, retiring at Fort Rucker in 1985. He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Air Force Sergeants Association, American Legion, and AARP.
