Mr. Robert A. "Bob" Brownfield, Sr., age 73, of Ozark, died Monday evening, August 7, 2006, in Southeast Alabama Medical Center. Funeral services will be 10:00 A. M. Saturday, August 12, 2006, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home of Ozark with Reverend Harry Circle officiating. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memory Gardens with full Military Honors, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 P. M. until 7:00 P. M. Friday evening. Mr. Brownfield was born May 20, 1933 in Butler, Kentucky. He served in the United States Army for 22 years, retiring in 1978. He and his family moved to Ozark in 1965. Mr. Brownfield was preceded in death by his wife, Billie Ann Davis Brownfield, and his daughter, Deborah Brownfield Felder. Survivors include his son, Robert A. Brownfield, Jr. and his wife, Cindy of Ozark, one sister, Joyce Ann Campbell of Butler, Kentucky, four grandchildren, Bobbie Brooke Brownfield, Libbie Ann Brownfield, Tyler Brownfield, and Amanda Brownfield.
