Obituary of David E. Ferguson

Mr. David Ferguson, 61, of Pinckard, died Tuesday afternoon, November 9, 2004. Funeral services will be 10:00 A. M. Saturday, November 13, 2004, at the Kings Table Worship Center with Reverend Michael Senn officiating. Interment will follow in the Midland City Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at Holman Funeral Home in Ozark from 6:00 P. M. until 8:00 P. M. Friday evening.The body will be placed in the Worship Center one hour prior to service time. Mr. Ferguson was born May 16, 1943 in Florala, Alabama. He had made his home in Pinckard for the past 30 years and was the owner of Southern Line Power for the past 12 years. Mr. Ferguson enjoyed the outdoors and loved his children and grandchildren. Mr. Ferguson was preceded in death by his parents, Donnis and Mary Lou Noel Ferguson, one sister, Susan Bartlett, and one grandchild, Derreck Strickland. Survivors include his wife, Kathy Ferguson, Midland City, two daughters, Regina Ward and her fiancee, Jamie Wade, Dothan; and Rebecca Strickland and her husband, David, Ozark, one son, Bobby Ferguson and his wife, Kim, Midland City, two step-daughters, Tracy Senn and Tina Looney, both of Pinckard, the Mother of his children, Becky Donaldson, Midland City, one sister, Patricia Noel, Pinckard, three brothers, Mike Bullock, Mobile; Danny Colvette, Montgomery; and Steve Colvette, Baltimore Maryland, five grandchildren, PFC Darrell and Laurie Strickland, Michael and Amanda Bradshaw, and Austin Ferguson, five step-grandchildren, Brittany and Dylan Senn, Hannah, Skylar, and Agile Metcalf.
