Mr. Grubbs was born April 21, 1944, in Ozark, and had been a resident of the Fort Walton Beach, Florida area for more than 25 years. Andy was a Baptist by faith. He served honorably in the Air National Guard and had been working for BAE Systems as an aircraft controller for over 25 years at Eglin Air Force Base. He was also in partnership in Starcade Billiards of Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
