Mrs. Doris Brown Paulk, age 85, of Decatur, Alabama, formerly of the Rocky Head Community, passed away on November 20, 2005, following a long battle with Parkinson's Disease. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Decatur. Funeral services will be 11:00 A. M. Tuesday, November 22, 2005, at Mt. Olive Cemetery with Reverend Thomas W. Minor, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow with Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 P. M. until 8:00 P. M. Monday evening. Mrs. Paulk was preceded in death by her husband, E. J. Paulk of Decatur, and a brother, Earl Brown of Ozark. She is survived by one son, Jerry (Toni) Paulk of Chelsea, two granddaughters, Carrie (Steven) Williams of Auburn and Catherine (Jason) Summers of Opelika, two brothers, Winfred (Maude) Brown of Selma, and Ross (Hildreth) Brown of Arguta, and one sister-in-law, Betty Brown of Ozark.
