Mr. Wiggins was a native and life-long resident of Dale County where he was engaged in farming and sawmilling. He was a member of Corinth Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Zeffie Herndon Wiggins and Theopolis "Bud" Wiggins, his wife, Lucy Dell German Wiggins, one daughter, Derotha German, one son, Marlon Wiggins, one sister, Betty June Brannon, and two brothers, Preston Wiggins and Wilmer Wiggins.
