Mr. Carr was a native and life-long resident of Ozark and a graduate of Carroll High School. He served in the United States Navy for two years of active duty. He was employed with Hendricks Home Center prior to becoming disabled. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Julian Carr and Gladys Pearl Tomlin Carr, and one son, Ronald Franklin Carr.
