I never met you Mamma but with the posts on Facebook, I felt like I’ve known her for years. It was sweet seeing her sing happy birthday to Richard and how she cherished him. She seems like my own mother, very sweet, caring, loving and loved God. She was about the age of my own mother (Richards mother, Maudine). I wished that she had lived to be your Mamma’s see. She’s in Heaven now with her husband and our Mother. Sending our thoughts and prayers for healing and comfort. Love you all.

We sure are glad we got to visit with Ms. Anna Myrl again before she went Home to be with Jesus. We always enjoyed visiting with her over the years. Mom (Janie) especially enjoyed talking with her. We love Ms. Anna Myrl very much and though she will be greatly missed, sweet memories of her will live on in our hearts. Our love to her family.

Mrs. Snell had the divine gift of hospitality. Each time we visited she had us over fixed a huge meal and made us feel so welcome. She shared her favorite recipes with my mother in law ( Richard's mom) which quickly became our favorites as well. I have many fond memories of both of your parents Shirley. I'm praying for peace and comfort during this difficult time.

What a great Lady Anna Myrl was over the years I have know her. She was always on the scene at Asbury United Methodist Church anytime there was a Funeral Luncheon doing what was needed to make the grieving family feel closure after the loss of their loved one. We know her soul is resting with our Heavenly Father our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We thank God for the life of Anna Myrl Strickland Snell.
